Are you licensed and insured?

Yes.

Will you take care of all necessary permits?

Yes, all paperwork and permits needed for the project will be taken care of by Buckley Remodeling & Home Repair.

Can you provide references?

Yes, we have professional relationships with many businesses around Kansas City such as Sutherland's and SCI -Surface Center Interiors. Pete also has many past clients who can speak to his personal demeanor and professional craftmanship. We are more than happy to provide references - just ask!

How does the process work from beginning to end?

First, we will coordinate a meeting for Pete to come out to your home to assess the project. After he has time to gauge the scope of work, Pete will give you an estimate of the time-frame, labor, and materials needed to complete the work to your (and his) satisfacation.

Once you decide to hire Pete, he will work with you to schedule the project and talk about any design decisions and layout considerations in depth.

Then, work will begin and Pete will be available onsite for regular check-ins and updates. Most often, he is personally completing the work.

After the project is finished, Pete will continue to be available if any tweaks or issues arise.
